Wonderful memories of Bill's dearest brother and the treasured brother-in-law of Jan. So many happy times together. Philip dealt with Parkinson's disease for many years with courage and resilience and never in spite of all the tribulations lost his wonderful dry sense of humour. Rest in Peace
